We are increasingly being approached by private GP surgeries and medical clinics, to provide transcription services on an ongoing basis.
The Need
This ADHD clinic approached Transcribe It for fast, high quality turnaround for their consultant/specialist dictations, centred around ADHD assessments of adult patients. They needed a transcription agency with expert knowledge of all medical terminology associated with ADHD, who could provide accurate GP letters and assessment reports quickly.
How Transcribe It met the objectives
Recordings uploaded on a week day evening were transcribed and uploaded by 5pm the following day.
We assigned two of our medical transcribers to the client, who would develop familiarity and knowledge of their needs.
We developed a template for GP letters and ADHD assessment reports.
